- Room was cold. I called in the desk clerk and he offered no viable solution other than to wait for the room to heat up, which it never did.
- Wasnt vary clean. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We reserved 2 queen beds in non smaking but they only had a room with 1 king bed available. The so called breakfast was stale food.
