The hotel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a place to stay in the Asheville area with free parking (unlike most of downtown) and free breakfast. Only a quick 15 minutes to see the sites of downtown and Biltmore.

Nothing it was an awful stay in which I have pictures of mold and stains. The floors were replaced by plywood under the carpet it was horrendous I’ve been trying to get my money back via my bank but the hotel won’t respond to their emails

I called the for the airport shuttle right when I got off tbr plane and they were there to pick me up in minutes. Hotel Lobby, room, breakfast area waS very clean. Staff was warm and friendly. Location was great as well.
