- The layout
- Front desk personal are great. The AC was not working. Maintenance was very helpful and brought in a new AC for our stay.

- The toilet was plugged up. When I tried to call the front desk I discovered that the phone in the room didn?t work. I tried to call the number listed on the phone and got no response.
- Rooms are beyond disgusting. Floor is dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty. Room service caught an attitude with my husband when we requested new sheets.
- The room was very dirty and pull out bed had stained all over the whole place smells weed.
