Extended Stay America Suites - Raleigh - North Raleigh - Wake Towne Dr.

This is my second time there and it was great both times. Perfect location, great value and comfortable clean rooms

I still wish there was a coffee pot in the rooms

It's definitely centralized where all shops and amenities are. But the clientele and its environment was poor. Very old and broken furniture in the rooms, carpets and walls very dirty. The staff was able to get us another room, this time with a phone in the room and a remote control. We made sure to keep our bags and shoes off the floor and cleaned what we could. The bedding was clean and the bathtub was clean as well. This hotel definitely needs some TLC in their rooms and lobby area. Will not be staying here again. We definitely got what we paid for.

The beds were comfortable, fluffy pillows. The staff were nice, respectful and pleasant. The room was large and plenty of space.

Even though it said non-smoking hotel, you could smell smoke in the hallways. The TV remote did not have batteries or the battery cover. The only trash can was in the kitchen, non in bathroom. No hangers in the closet. Cobweb hanging from sealing.

Location was good.

When I walked in I was greeted by staff that talked so low I could not hear them. The entire hotel smells of stale cigarettes. I got up to our room, which was very spacious, and I was outdated to say the least. The sofa bed was broken. The kitchen could not be used because there were not any pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. It is an extended stay? I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night to find a roach crawling in the tub. The audacity to want a deposit to stay here.

I really enjoyed the location. It felt safe and comfortable! It felt like a really nice area. Breakfast was yummy! 10/10

Honestly nothing! It was a nice and comfortable stay. I slept like a baby ? Best hotel i’ve ever been to.

The location was great. Right across from shopping and eating. Downtown was only about 15 minutes away

The bathroom in my room was so nasty. It was like someone had went in and sprayed bleach in the air, but didn’t really clean. Ended up having to bleach it myself The kids on the other floors were super loud all day and into the night.

Our room was clean. The pillows were comfy and the staff was nice overall.

No coffee maker in the room. The neighbors were loud (slamming doors at night), curtains were too dark so I couldn't let the light in without being exposed. continental breakfast had hardly any food, coffee was bad.

Nothing terrible. The location was great.

Nothing the charged a holding fee of $200 still haven’t received it. The toilet was dirty with someone pupil hairs. The towels were dirty. There was homeless and drug addicts around but charged me $200 for a holding fee. A couple was fighting and beating each other all night and we were scared for our lives. We missed our flights and found something quick.
