- The rooms where not cleaned good. I killed two bed bugs. I paid 200$, $145 through booking.com then had to pay another 50$ to stay that night because they messed up my reservations then charged me for requesting a refund! I was stressed this weekend.
- The staff was slow at check in...the toilets stops up after every use...the TV wasn't working in the room and was told they couldn't move us to a different room.

Nothing!!!!
