Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fayetteville NW Ft Bragg

The rooms each stay was nasty there was feces and spit on the walls the sheets and blankets were unwashed u changed and dirty shrinks and showers were dirty floors were not swept or mopped.

The customer service is a disgrace the hotels assistant manager cj is disrespectful and so is the house keeping they go thru your bags and kick you out for wanting clean bedding and a clean room I’ve cleaned the rooms before and after each stay.

The price was excellent. I booked 7 nights for $527 through Booking.com. I tried to book directly through the hotel but they were charging me approximately $200 more. The rooms were clean.

I am a Marriott member and usually stay at a Marriott hotel so that is my reference. I chose this hotel because of the online pictures, customer reviews (avg 7.1), cost, and promise of an "excellent breakfast". The breakfast was not excellent and to me this hotel is a 5 at best. It is old, located in a bad part of town (was surrounded by a chain link fence with a gate which I assume is because of crime. I felt safe driving in and out of the fenced area, I but would not feel safe walking to any of the nearby shops. I killed several roaches and ants. The sink would not drain properly so I removed the insert and pulled out a wad of hair and other gunk. It still would not drain properly. I called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance personnel. They came and left and it still would not drain properly. I called the front desk a second time and they sent maintenance personnel who simply took out the stopper/screen and laid it on the sink. It drained fine with the stopper/screen removed, but it had a horrible odor coming from the drain.Upon arrival I noticed that the room did not have a closet that I could hang my week's worth of clothes in, it simply had two coat hooks on the wall. I called the front desk and asked about a wardrobe hanger. He simply laughed and said "No, we don't do that here."The TV mounted on the wall was about at 36" LED. Difficult watching from the bed.I will not stay at another Days Inn & Suites. I will gladly pay more for better accommodations.

Location was convenient and reasonable priced. Plenty of restaurants around.

The room was clean.

Upon checking in I did not get my veterans discount. The rooms air conditioner was very noisy that we couldn’t sleep. The website said they had washer and dryer available (not available). The bedspread were old. The hallway smelt like marijuana. A lot of undesirerables the police came. We felt unsafe

Easy to find, location great

Parking was very narrow. But otherwise ok

The location was good for our needs

The bathroom door did not shut. The toilet was stopped up as soon as we arrived. It would not flush at all, and there was a walkie-talkie left in our room from the staff on the bed.

The room was spacious and clean.

The amount of other hotel users at my window every night, screaming and yelling and hitting my window until the early hours of the morning, this happened every night except the last night.

Easy parking.

TV did not work, even after staff tried to fix it. Mattress was worn out and too soft. Area was very noisy at night. Loud traffic sounds.

The location was great

The property smelled very funny and it was a lot of prostitution
