The location was convenient to the Coliseum event we attended. We dropped our belongings, walked, slept there and left as early as possible the next morning.

Cons -

The air conditioning did not work in the room. It was hot. It smelled musky & very humid. The toilet would not flush properly. Ran nonstop and almost overflowed. The TV did not work. No drinks available, either in the machine nor during breakfast.
Called on the way to confirm whether I could check in early. Had a hard time getting through then was told that they overbooked and were going to call me to cancel. Had to scramble like crazy to find another hotel.
Gave us a room already occupied and had no other rooms available

Staff who checked me in was very nice.

Surprise $150 deposit plus fee. Room i booked wasn't available so i had to pay more for a different room. Room was dirty. Floor was sticky. "Nonsmoking" room had cigarette burns in the arm and seat of couch. Red drops on bathtub floor. No blanket.
