Dayspring Extended Stay

Pros +

• Nothing - Desk Staff couldn?t be any worse, told them about the issues. No changes were offered or made, simply ignored
• Right off the highway
• Beautiful lobby.Which lets you know it used to be a very nice hotel and the staff is excellent.They did let me know that there had been a flood recently from the sewer pipes , but that it had been cleaned up and that their might be a smell.

Cons -

• A/C did not ( could not ) work correctly (control panel was beat up) Remote Control for the TV only changed channels it did not operate the volume, on/off, no Chanel?s could be selected with the number pad. The linens/bath cloths were very dirty
• Stayed one night, tried 2 rooms; TV did not work in either room, AC unit was leaking water in one room, no soap at all in rooms, smoke detector chirping in one room and maintenance never came to fix, people talking loudly outside from 2:00 a.m.-4:00 a.m.
• Not only was there a smell, the carpets were soaking wet.There was mold in the bathroom ceiling and it was dripping onto toilet. Cigarette burns everywhere. Hairs on bathroom floor, garbage still at bottom of can.
