Clarion Pointe Jacksonville near Camp Lejeune

The location was great, close to all amenities.

The room was slightly musty, the toilet, when you sat down, moved and the bathroom could use a slight upgrade.

The staff was polite and accommodating. The room was clean and neat. The location was convenient.

The bed was a little hard.

The property is very close to our daughter. The room was clean and spacious. There was actually room for a seating area, this would be a nice addition. The pillows were not comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and recommend this hotel.

Location was good, close to many stores and restaurants. Did not use amenities as it rained daily and we did not want breakfast but it was nice there were some available.

Room I was initially given smelled moldy and air conditioning did not work. Sink water also smelled awful coming out of the faucet. Went back to the front desk and was given another room which didn't have a working bathroom light. Thankfully clerk checked before we moved all our belongings in. Third room was just okay. Bed was not comfortable....very lumpy. Housekeeping bypassed our room two days in a row although the DND sign was removed and they were working just a few doors down. We had to request clean towels as a result.

Check in gentleman was very nice and quick. Said Welcome Back every time we came back. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Provided pool towels. Plenty of parking and in great location near many shops and restaurants.

Check out lady was very rude, refused to give me a check out receipt. Breakfast area is very small for a booked hotel, had to eat breakfast in our room. Bed frames are heavy metal platforms, mattress slides and hit legs off frame several times. Pool closes early and had no outside lights. Hotel was clean but air freshener smell at elevators was over powering!
