Great location for want I was doing in town

The first room I was given had a broken toilet that did not flush. Changed rooms and this room had a broken towel rack and a big crack under the door to where u could see outside. The crack prevented the room from warming up as it was cold outside.

Convenient location and staff was nice. Rooms were clean overall.

Room was infested with roaches. Switched rooms to find the same thing. Currently in the middle of getting a refund. Normally I would have taken pictures as proof, but I had to get out of there fast!

The location is great.

There were roaches crawling everywhere, used the towel to kill them, and they charged you $1.75 for clean ones, and all the employees could do was shake their head when I told them. If you use the wifi, they charge you, or if you need pots pans or anything for the kitchen, they charge you. We ended up leaving at 6 something the next morning.

This is the place to go. Rooms are clean. Staff is kind

Staff was disappointing. Got there during a storm and was made to wait in my car because he couldn’t check us in. He apparently had no way to choose rooms for people. Just kept saying he couldn’t do anything and we had to wait until he called me back.Room was dark - broken chairs and lights burnt out - door to the room didn’t close all the way

Staff is polite, and helpful

The price is too high for the quality of the room, drug people hang outside all day and night. Holes in doors and walls, dryer in laundry took my money and clothes were still wet, couldn't get a refund.
