We upgraded to a very nice room on the 35th floor in the Valley tower. Beautiful view of the valley and Sphere. Bed was very comfortable, nice upgraded bathroom with tub and frameless glass shower. Large room with 2 chairs near the picture windows.

It's SO close to the river walk and the mall and the Alamo and the Tower. Amazing hotel. Hotel parking charges you, but I didn't drive once, because of the amazing location. So I saved a lot of $ with the hotel parking area.

Nothing super rude hotel is falling apart rooms very dirty if you rent for a week they will make it hard for you and give you all the way to fifth floor discriminating, you get what you oay for but they should accommodate for people that pay
Not one thing this hotel is nasty roach infested and I'm tired of these nasty hotels being able to charge people $50 or $100 for a smoking fee and people don't even smoke whether it's refundable or not I just feel like that is very inconvenient

The drive in was picturesque with trees lining the driveway nicely. I could tell that, when it was new and/or kept up, it was a lovely property. The evening staff was phenomenal, both the security officer and the front desk crew.

The combination of the price and location in Nashville just can't be beat. The hotel itself is very dated, but everything was in good working order and clean with comfortable beds.
