The Crowne Plaza Hotel features free shuttle service to and from San Antonio International Airport and within a 3-mile radius, which includes shopping at North Star Mall and dining at area restaurants. This property also offers free WiFi and an on-site restaurant. On-site at the Crowne Plaza San Antonio Airport, an IHG Hotel Airport, guests can enjoy working out in the state-of-the-art fitness center or relaxing by the outdoor pool. The hotel also features an on-site dining at O-Nine Eats & Drink restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Trinity University can be found within 5 minutes' drive from the San Antonio Airport Crowne Plaza. The popular Riverwalk area as well as the historic Alamo and Retama Racetrack are also only a short distance away. We apologize for the inconvenience; our pool is currently going under renovation. - Very clean and staff is always amazing
- Hotel employee were the best! They were very accommodating & welcoming. Drove 20 hrs straight from CA to San Antonio & glad we booked this hotel to get some much needed rest. Beds were comfortable & rooms were clean. Ty Crowne Plaza San Antonio!

- Airplane noise
- Bartender was drunk and we left. It made us feel uncomfortable and this was Friday night.
- Paint or .... peeling off the bathtub, air condition was not working correctly. I stayed 6 nights and the air condition temperature was not in control. Maintenance was called
