- The amazing staff!!! The were all super nice and very friendly. The whole staff we came in contact was wonderful!!!
- I have never stayed at a Drury Hotel and was pleasantly surprised. They accommodated my early arrival, and I was impressed with all the food and drink perks!
- The location was good.
Cons -
- I KNOW the hotel can?t help it, but the absolute rudeness of some of the people who stayed at the hotel, no manners, they left their dishes on the tables after eating. They let their kids run wild in the dining area. But your staff were all amazing!!!
- It could have been a little cleaner, most specifically the carpet in the hallway.
- The elevators took forever and we had to use the stairs from the 8th floor.
