Size and comfort of the room, nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was superb, something for everyone. Nicely presented and hot food. Especially liked the waffle maker. Having the car park attached to the hotel was a big plus.

The hotel is wonderfully convenient inside the terminal. There's an issue trying to find the hotel. They drop you off at what looks like the bowels of the terminal and say go in there and find it. There isn't a great deal of signage.

It was on the river and the ferry is complimentary. Other things that I did like: the patio overlooking the water. The public transportation routes are at the hotel. There is an Uber kiosk in the hotel.
The hotel is across the Thames from Canary Wharf and it provides a free ferry to it. As a result, it gives easy access to London's s attractions both by water taxi and train, etc., including train access to Heathrow airport.
