- The hotel's location was particularly appealing, situated directly across from the baggage claim area in Heathrow's Terminal 2.
Cons -
- I wish they would have told us that we could have taken the train from terminal 5 to get to the hotel in terminal 2!! I spent money on a taxi to get there from terminal 5 Very frustrating, this was NEVER communicated. DO NOT assume we know!

- I was unable to identify the appropriate plugs to charge my phone, and I believe this was due to user error. Additionally, I was assigned a handicap room, which made using the shower quite challenging.

Very quiet, even on New Year?s Eve we went to bed early and never heard anything. Nice, solid construction with wood and tile. Comfortable beds.
