- Polite and friendly staff. At breakfast I noticed hotel employee was very helpful and friendly. She stood out as making that extra effort.
- 5 minutes walking to the tube, and shopping center
- Close to the venue, easy to get to. Very friendly reception staff
Cons -
- Breakfast was a bit chaotic. A very long wait for hot drinks. Possibly have more than 2 hot drinks machines.
- Breakfast space too small for occupancy. Carpet stained.
