- The hotel was nice, room was clean, good view of the city airport, and the lake from my room. I like the location, just a walk to the bus stop, train station, and the ExCel exhibition center. Check in service was good. Big shout out to hotel employee.

- I did not like the mattress, it was squeaking.

- There was no fridge in room so fir 4 days I had to move up and down to keep my perishable stuff in kitchen fridge through staff. I wanted to sit out on tables near restaurant although I was allowed but not served. staff kept closing the door repeatedly
