You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. *The hotel will scan your photographic ID so that the necessary information of address/DOB and passport details, where applicable, are automatically loaded on the hotel’s property management system, printed on your registration card and stored for the purpose of your booking/stay. This information is stored in line with GDPR regulations. Please note that all non-UK passport holders must provide their passport on arrival. This is a legal requirement.* Yes. All guests over the age of 18 years of age are required to show ID, usually photographic, upon arrival at the hotel. The name, address, DOB and passport information, where applicable for all non-UK passport holders, is stored in the hotel’s property management system for the purposes of confirming your booking/stay. This information is stored in line with GDPR regulations. It is not shared with any 3rd party unless for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual agreement between Blue Orchid and the guest/s. *For children under the age of 18, who are permitted to stay when accompanied by an adult, ID is not required. However, their names MUST be added to the registration card by the adult completing the registration card details.
