Hotel employee was a pleasure, extremely friendly, and very helpful. I am not sure what are with the negative reviews about a mandatory $142 upgrade, this was not the case. I would 100% stay here again.

First, the staff that checked us in was very unprofessional. Horrible job, complained and didn't seem to know what he was doing. All but one elevator were broken, staff didn't help. Some poor family was stuck on elevator with staff member.
I've booked 2 queen bedroom but AC was not worked they gave me 2 king rooms so i've no option left just to split between with kids in 2 rooms and they are under age kids & unfortunately AC stop worked at 2am in the morning & they I've get another room :(
