The room was clean.
There was no microwave which is typically included. Didn’t know I would have to pay for parking. $20 for parking?

The location of the hotel is great, my spouse and I have stayed in it several times.
We didn't stay at the hotel this time because we didn't like the room that we were given and were told that we couldn't get a different room. So with that being said, we left the hotel and went to a different hotel.

Rooms are clean
The pot clouds in the hallway supposed to be non smoking hotel, they have lost my information to return the 50$ deposit they charge and have held it now for 15 days it¿s still pending, the elevator was broken and slammed me in it. shuttle driver was late

The rooms were very clean and quiet. Really liked the products (toiletries) which normally hotels do not focus much on. The staff was truly a surprise. “Nelly” was really sweet and helpful. Overall an amazing stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were all very polite and friendly.
I asked for extra pillows, I received a confirmation email stating they would accommodate, however, I didn't have extra pillows. My room was also charged for food/beverage purchases I didn't make. The situation was rectified, though. I was provided a credit of the items.

The room was clean. The attendant on duty was very helpful.
The shuttle times were not accurately described on the website. We had a room facing the street. The traffic was loud. Very little soundproofing.

Comfortable beds and sheets. Great staff.
We didn't realize it was lalapalooza this weekend, so prices were very high. No pool. So it wasn't a good value for us.
