Room had a TERRIBLE smell. Unbearable smell. Hot water only worked when it wanted. Toilet didn't flush 80% of the time. Extremely sketchy environment & people. Elevator & hallways stunk and had a terrible smell. Almost like something dead & rotten seafood

I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of a block party. There were people popping fire works out side at 2am. Some people live at the location. People were so loud up until after 3am. The beds were really uncomfortable. The list goes on.
