Looking beyond the car break-ins, hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. Although location seemed safe, it has easy access for parking lot criminal activity. Front desk personnel very nice, but they don't monitor parking lot.

It was very tasteful and comfortable. Great amenities and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the wait staff should always bring cream and sugar for hot breakfast drinks (like coffee and tea) and a pen for signing the check.

The customer service was great The beds were very comfortable, and it had space to move around in. We had 4 adults. The breakfast was tasty and it was nice to have some hot items!

Very clean hotel. The size of the rooms are smaller than most bc this hotel is round but the room was still very comfy with a king bed, amiore, chair and television. There was also a side table for eating on, lying your book on and a small desk area.

Great location by MUSC,VA hospitals; the staff was great, super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was okay but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower didnt work properly and getting hot water was a challenge. You also arent aware of resort fees until you check in and this hotel is definitely NOT a resort.
