Cons -
- This was a terrible experience. There were bugs on the table in the room, cobwebs in every corner, and the bathroom counter was not clean. I wiped it down, my clorox wipe was full of hair, some sort of candy and dirt. Iron broken. Towel rack fell apart.
- I was required to pay an additional $60.as a deposit for incidentals nor that it would take 7- 10 days to get it back. NO MORE BEST WESTERN FOR ME!!!
- 1. Room - One light didn't work. Sink faucet drizzled non-stop 2. The cleaning crew wasn't working on New Year, so no room cleaning. Worse, there were no clean towels available. We were asked to use small pool towels. We should be told this when booking.
