Renovation construction.

The location was in the area of a medical center and is a 20 min to walk into Charleston, but along the way you get to see and feel the neighborhood of how the locals lived and the old houses of days pass. The walk was a safe walk and their was a private girl school in the area and historical houses. The hotel itself was going through a renovation and you were foreworn and with that in mind it was a nice stay. No sit down breakfast but something to take as you walk. Free parking is very limited, once full concierge service take over.

Could have compted us for no sit-down breakfast and the construction, but still okay.

The location was great

The front desk staff at midnight was so rude I will never be back again because of her attitude.

The location was excellent for my my visits to the hospital. The staff was more than accommodating including the maintenance.

The room was clean, bedding and towels too. Room 608, the bath needs to replaced as it is not in a good condition.

We arrived an hour late but still had to wait over half an hour before a room was available. When the receptionist eventually gave us the access card, we went to the room, my husband unlocked, just to get a lady from inside the room shutting the door on his finger, asking why we opening her door. Then we had to go back to reception and got them to put us up in another room. This was very disappointing. We were then compensated with a free soda?

Beds were very comfortable and room had plenty of storage space. Breakfast choices were good and schedule for breakfast was good too. Location is near downtown, it's easy to get to hotel and downtown.

Bathroom could be better if it had a towel rack, not just the small hooks behind bathroom door. The price per night is a bit high. There wasn't anything else I didn't like aside from that.

The hotel was nice and staff were great especially the woman who checked us in. I wish I could remember her name. She took time to acquaint us with the area by indicating places of interest on the map of downtown Charleston.

Location. We were first time visitors to Charleston.

Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great.

Chairs in room were uncomfortable. Toilet seat was about to fall off.
