Location good parking easy nicely laid out hotel

Got a newly renovated room on top floor don’t think it had been tested before release to a customer. Door key access didn’t work had to go all the way back down to reception and took us ten mins running taps shower etc to get hot water fired up again

Breakfast was good especially the buffet fruit options. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Location was great.

No room service after 10pm. No valet person available for thirty minutes. I’m Platinum Elite for life and they still wanted to charge me for a beer in the executive lounge. First time that has ever happened. Person working the lounge had a attitude. Rooms were outdated.

Good location, pleasant staff, clean room.

The facility lobby is lovely however the rooms and restaurant are a bit tired and worn in places, long overdue for a refresh and deep clean. Buffet breakfast was underwhelming. For the cost of the stay, disappointed by these aspects and would most likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

In-room Coffee maker was terrible, very weak coffee, looked like weak tea.

Staff very friendly, lobby nice and welcoming, bed and pillows comfortable. Depending what youre here for, might be the right hotel for you. As a family with kids, it was off the beaten path and quiet.

Rooms were a little dingy, (carpet/tile). Was not aware would need to pay nightly fee to park if not valet.

We were very happy with the clean, spacious, comfortable room, and as our visit coincided with a flood throughout the city, we felt assured that we would be able to access coffee and lunch without needing to somehow "escape". The facilities were excellent, including a well-resourced fitness center and a pleasant lobby area. We would stay here again.

The property is a little further from the main downtown area than we'd realized, although the walk is not prohibitively long if you like walking (in what is a generally walkable city).

Location was good for us. We chose to be a little bit from the centre and pay for an Uber. This saved us nearly 50% on my ther more central hotel options.

The coffee at the Starbucks was pretty awful. You go there expecting to get a level of quality that you would expect across the globe. We’ll not here !
