Super clean. Room was spacious and comfortable!! Restaurant was fantastic and extremely reasonably priced! Great staff! Highly recommended! Sundries shop incredibly well stocked!!

Friendly staff in the restaurant. The room was clean. The lobby was nice.
The room furniture is worn. The shower door was very wobbly. The air conditioning in the halls and restaurant/lobby was very cold. Not enough staff for the breakfast rush.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a bar on the rooftop and the view is very beautiful. It was nice sitting there and relaxing after walking al day.
I paid extra for a room with a view and it wasnt worth it as it was mainly view of the parking lot and a little bit of the marina (at least my room)Also, in order to get anywhere in the city you need to drive or take an Uber (unless you plan for the marina)The room was good but definitely not worth the price we paid for it.

Beds comfortable and breakfasts good. Staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of information for Charleston site seeing. Close to main highway and free parking on site. Charleston great place to holiday with tourist sites such as Rainbow row and Nathaniel Russell mansion.
Location not close to city, so Uber is essential. A bit long to walk into city.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Air conditioning was hit or miss. I wasn't able to adjust the temperature to a consistently comfortable temperature. One degree up and it was too warm, one degree down and it was too cold. The first registration clerk we encountered was not as friendly. She didn't want to deal with my husband and barely wanted to deal with me it seemed. The rest of the staff were helpful.

Beautiful location on the Ashley River. Great view of boats and gorgeous sunset! Beds and linens were excellent!Easy ride to downtown. Plenty of free parking.
Coffee pot was completely rusty. No coffee for us!Major noisey construction going on in registration area. Restaurant closed for renovation on our arrival day.

Our view was of the parking lot and road noise in the a.m. was a bit annoying.
