Review summary
The hotel received positive feedback for its spacious and clean rooms, with many guests appreciating the quality and selection of the breakfast offered. The location was frequently highlighted as excellent, being conveniently situated near shopping and restaurants, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. However, some guests noted concerns about the high cost of parking and inconsistent room cleanliness, which detracted from an otherwise favorable experience.

Excellent service, the front desk girl that checked me in was very kind, I went at night to ask for info, they provided me with all information I needed in a very nice way, the housekeeping supervisor Ellie Green was amazing, I forgot some things at the hotel and she was quick and very professional, the valet young kids are very nice as well and the rooftop bar is very good! I definitely recommend this hotel.
The TV does not have many options to connect to apps

The bars I'm while they were really close! The location is perfect.
What kind of hoping you have a outside balcony being in one of the higher floors but it's cool, I'm expecting a real sized refrigerator no but it's only a smaller one but everything was all good.

The suite was lovely, the fitness centre was a little small, but better stocked than most hotel gyms. The location is of course near pefect. Also the lifts here are great, really fast. I've stayed in a lot of hotels recently and many of them have slow lifts that keep you waiting for ages, not so here.
The breakfast wasn't as good as i was expecting. As for the expensive car parking, the lady at reception told me they have no influence over the price and don't run or control the car park next door, so you either pay the $47 per day (midnight to mid day) fee and take the trade off of convenience or saving some cash and walking from futher away with your luggage.

The location was great.
We had to pay for parking each night in the amount of $47. The hotel didn't provide any discount for the fact that we were staying at the property. Also, the bathroom door didn't close properly. We liked the Pour Room, but it was freezing.
