Room was clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was great!

The room was spacious and fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. The staff were, for the most part, friendly and helpful.

The main issue was with the bathrooms which are badly in need of refurbishment. In the room allocated to us the shower was completely covered in mould. The staff swapped us into another room which was marginally better but still falling well short of an acceptable standard.The location is remote. Onsite parking is limited.

Basic, clean room that fit my location needs. Bathroom was clean but old and definitely needs an upgrade. Staff was very friendly. Included breakfast had good variety.

Bathroom in my room was old and needs an upgrade. On two days my in-room coffee pods were not replenished. Biggest Problem: I was charged for daily parking (totaling nearly $100) even though I told the clerk at check in that I did not have a vehicle. I tried for over 3 weeks to get the hotel to reverse the charge and received NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever from the onsite billing person (who was, allegedly, the only person who could fix it). TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get it corrected.

The location was excellent.

I never received a copy of the final bill, The Desk clerk said the printer was down, never received email copy. Breaksfast was subpar. The shower curtain rod was nearly falling out of wall. Need repair.

Nice breakfast options and coffee, nice they have fresh water out every day. Rooms were clean.

Shower leaked on floor, which we told them about and it was promptly fixed. Telephone in room didnt work nor could you call front staff. Pay to parking was not openly told to patrons.

Great breakfast! Wonderful and polite staff.

The hotel in general was really nice. The lobby and first floor were really nice. The beds in the room were comfortable and the size of the room was great.

The parking situation on the property was very limited, but the garage was nice. The garage was a bit annoying at times because the construction. Our room had a bit of a smell and when we asked to get the room cleaned It was only like half way cleaned.
