We landed as a group from everywhere. The hotel was so accommodating. Staff made an excellent service effort. Coffee (?) and cookies for us always available. The pool was warm enough for older people to swim comfortably & hot tub ? hot. Very clean.

All 9 grandchildren broke out in hives and even what appeared to be chemical burns from to much chlorine at the water park. food at restaurant was good, should never take nearly 3 hours to get your food.? no supervisor to deal with issues! Disappointed
