Pros +
- Comfortable bed, staffs were professional and supportive.
- The desk clerk who bent over backwards to accommodate our needs.
- They we slow and upgraded our room for our Christmas stay?
Cons -
- Lighting outside during after sunset was well lit at the front of the building but the back building was lacking lighting. Since my room was near the entrance at the back building, lighting outside wasn't so great.
- The luggage carts were functional but really beat up , kind of clashed with how nice everything else was. Maybe keep them in the entryway. Also , real butter for the breakfast would have been preferred. Thank you
