- The bathroom mirrors and shower were not cleaned, there was never anyone at the front desk, the hot tub was down all wkend, they had the same thing both days for breakfast, there was no housekeeperon duty.
- Hallway unheated. Rooms hot. Breakfast ? Lamp broken in room. Hot tub not working they said it was when i called. Owner parked in drive through. Language barrier communication.
- I asked them for fresh bedding and all they did was make the bed and left the soiled bedding on, pounded on the door at 8am to see if people wanted room service, no clean pool towels even though only like 2 other people were at the hotel at the time.
