- It was the cheapest available and I didn't find any traces of bed bugs... The room was nice and warm but wasn't very stable at night with the changing temps outside.
- It was one of the 2 hotels with a room available over a busy holiday so we were lucky to find a room at all.Owner was very accommodating and friendly,even let us check in early.Room was clean,efficient,quiet.It had all we needed for a quick overnight stay

Cons -
- Linoleum on the floor, smelled like sewage gas (I think the pipe may have been clogged). I ran out of hot water for a 9:00 AM shower, the walls are thin - I'm thankful there was a party on my end. Desk person said they plan to remodel.
- It is no-frills, but we weren't looking for one with a restaurant or swimming pool. Just needed the essentials for a quick overnight in Lake Country, so it was perfect for us with an affordable pricetag.
- The hotel is overpriced for the room quality. In addition, the manager of the establishment came across irritated when I arrived at 9:30 PM (desk closes at 10:00 PM). Then he attempted to overcharge me, and challenged me when I claimed the price was wrong
