Holiday inn is my favorite chain from IGH or other. Check in was easy. Breakfast was ok but not as good as most Holiday Inns. Soap, shampoo, conditioner built into the shower.

We waited 3 hours for our room & the hotel was completely empty. The 2nd shift hotel clerk wouldn't give us a lakeview room. The hotel was almost completely empty. We paid a ton of $ for a parking lot view. She should've accomidated us.
