Great hotel . We will definitely come back

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is close to restaurants and is a very short drive to attractions, universities and med school.

I made the mistake of not asking for a room close to the elevator and had to walk a distance to my room. I have a physical limitation which made this more difficult but this was my challenge and had nothing to do with the staff or hotel. I’m sure they would have made a room switch if I had asked.

The location was great!! The staff were friendly.

The system went down and I couldn’t get a replacement room key

Breakfast was acceptable. Location was perfect.

Shower had very low water flow rate and was not sufficient for a normal shower.

I love that this hotel is exceptionally clean (lobby, rooms, etc), and also reasonably priced. The breakfast was just ok, but I’m not concerned with that. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay!

The woman who checked me in wasn’t very friendly and acted like she was doing me a favor.

The rooms are large and can easily accommodate 6 people especially since the pull-out bed has a curtain offering privacy. The breakfast is better than average. This hotel provides a lot of value for the money. Although not in downtown Charleston, the location is great since you are in between Charleston, the beach, and the airport. There are a lot of great restaurants on the same road as this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with kids at The Citadel or College of Charleston or if you are visiting Charleston for vacation or Children's Hospital.

Rooms were clean.

I thought handicap access rm 205. Would be more access. Asked for more towels only. No cleaning of room. Came back from meeting. They had cleaned room. Follow front desk instructions better. More fresh fruit at breakfast. Banana green

I liked how clean the room was and how much room we had. The breakfast was really good and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. I am going to recommend to all of my friends and family! Great place to stay!!
