Staff very friendly and accommodate. Love they have shuttle to and from hotel to downtown Charleston. Room was ready early and staff communicated well.

Jacuzzi looked unclean and the water was fairly cold. I felt the premises were not kept up as a previous stay. Worst was the was no hot water in the morning for showers. We left the water running for at leat 15 minutes, felt we should get that for the price they charge.

It's thoughtful that a shuttle service is offered to the city center, allowing you to enjoy the restaurant scene. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is not included.

The location was great! We wanted to be close to the city but have a pool and a great view. The staff was fantastic. The woman who checked us in obviously cared about our stay and experiences. She offered suggestions and was able to room us close to my sister who was coming in the next day. I felt very well taken care of.

The hot tub was not open. My kiddo loves hot tubs and this was one of the reason we selected this hotel. We did enjoy the pool, which was almost as warm as a hot tub!

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Blew us away. The staff is fantastic and we really enjoyed the food on site to also include the market place. Great options. I also enjoyed the fact that there is garage parking for the vehicle to be out of the sun. Fantastic stay.

Nothing really. Just the pool is a tab small, but looking at the surrounding hotels, it has the best pool. So really not a "didn't like".

Pool was very nice. I loved the shower in the room. Room was very clean. The bistro was great for breakfast

Did not like the location. Road is one way so we constantly had to do a u-turn to get where we needed to go

Location is great, easy access to downtown and to the islands. Excellent staff and a bistro that lets you hang out after a long day. Additionally, the space in the bistro is great for working whether or not you’re eating or drinking. Rooms are good and well-equipped.

I had a great experience overall, enjoying the beautiful view and the pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.

The view and amenities (pool, hot tub, and the room size). Free shuttle to downtown is the big plus.
