Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Offered an included breakfast buffet with several options. Quiet area in a scenic setting

Good location, easy access/exit to highway as well as to downtown, very clean and decent, good breakfast, all appliances work fine, bed comfortable, pillows OK.

WiFi connection is not evident and user-friendly (no instructions on guest card regarding wifi); needed to ask reception for assistance to connect (successful, many thanks to the personnel). The bathtub surface is slippery and might pose a safety hazard, especially for elderly people - simple solution could be just sticking anti-slippery tapes to it.

Room size and cleanliness were good. Air handler was too loud.

In room 332, balcony king suite. The room smelled like mildew. Mattress topper was loose and bunched up underneath us, so it was very uncomfortable. I called and spoke with Ramona before checking in and requested to please not be given a balcony blocked by shrubbery (I had read reviews and it was mentioned that some balconies are completely blocked from any view). Ramona said she was taking care of it and said "I got you". She even called me back to confirm. Well as soon as I looked out the curtain all I saw were trees. ? Maybe I hadn't been clear in my request. ??‍♀️

The location was excellent and the property was very nice and clean. Also, the attendants at the desks were very welcoming and made checking in a breeze. Our room was just enough space for what we needed.

Not many complaints. However, there was a bit of a musty smell when entering the room even though the room appeared to be very clean. Also, we would’ve preferred the bathroom being in a neutral location of the room instead of everyone having to walk through the separate bedroom to access the restroom.

The staff was very friendly. It was very clean and a great location.

The room we were staying in 226 was very loud due to the fact that the air conditioner unit when it would kick off would made a loud boom. the balcony floor held water. The paint was peeling up very slippery.

Mosquitos & lack of parking.

Great location - easy & fast to get downtown. Upgraded breakfast compared to many other “breakfast included” hotels. The suite had everything you need. Staff was great.

Although clean and functional, the bathtub/shower was in need of a refresh.
