There was an elevator to get to the 3rd floor where my room was. There were signs stating no more than 2 people in the elevator at once. The staff was nice and rooms clean.

The manager was up and asking how people's breakfast were first thing in the morning with a suit and tie and a smile, helping out. Fronk desk asked if I needed anything else for my room when I called. Above and beyond.

First of all the pool was closed. I came for the pool, then the room smelled like wet dog, stains all over the carpet, bathtub is gross. They only gave us 1 towel. I still can’t believe I went down to breafast was told I don’t qualify for breakfast.
