- Just the problems they had with TVs - but they tried hard, and finally got TV working. Appreciated their constant efforts.
- hot tub was cold!! its the only reason we stay here. staff barely spoke English, breakfast keeps getting more horrible each time, we have been here over 30 times in past 3 years but will probably not be back,
- Room had a strong musty smell. High sided tub, not much water pressure. Toilet seat broken. 1 towel, 1 hand towel, no bathmat. Daily cleaning not included. Asked for cleaning/toilet seat to be fixed. trash still overflowing. walked my trash to front desk.

updates to lobby and pool area
