Cons -
- The sheets and the comforter were dirty and we immediately needed to have them replaced once arriving to the room. We also alerted hotel staff of the sink not draining and nothing was done about it. The standing water rose to the top of sink at checkout.
- several things, i was not expecting an elegant experience as i travel a fair amount. maybe i just caught them on a bad day or 2. not clean.
- Stayed on six floor, had two rooms with another business associate. There were no bath towels in the room and the shower had 10% the amount of pressure as my garden hose. It was totally horrible for a Hyatt Place hotel.
