Filthy and rundown. I didn't expect fancy, but the room smelled like a vape store, the lamps were dim and covered with either rust or dirt, I had a cockroach walk across the desk in front of me. Beds were clean, though.

We booked our two double queen rooms in January.. but when we checked in they were overbooked and we had to have one of our rooms with one bed and a sofa sleeper. That?s stinking ridiculous! Plus the phone didn?t work so a safety issue in my opinion

When I made the reservation I asked if I could check in before the normal check in time and they told me to ask the receptionist if they had clean rooms. They would say yes, but when I arrived and asked, they told me they did have clean rooms and charge

The full refrigerator/ freezer, beds are comfortable and location. Also liked the security that you have to have a key to enter the building at ALL times.

The staff is irresponsible and have ugly attitudes towards their guests

Front desk staff person who greeted me on my arrival (after a white-knuckle drive through DC) was so welcoming, amiable, and friendly that I completely forgot my tough 6 hour drive! She made me feel like this is an oasis of restful calm. 5Stars for her!!!

The staff was very caring, which is after all the most important thing. I forgot my phone charger and they lent me one. I felt well looked after during my stay. There are many good restaurants within walking distance, and a huge Walmart next door.

Our room had a terrible smell that we couldnt get rid of. We think it was coming from the HVAC and the dishwasher, which had standing water inside of it. My husband had to fix it and it smelled terrible. There wasn't enough toilet paper or towels.
