- Filthy and rundown. I didn't expect fancy, but the room smelled like a vape store, the lamps were dim and covered with either rust or dirt, I had a cockroach walk across the desk in front of me. Beds were clean, though.
- No heat, the room was not clean. House keeping needs to do what they get paid to do
