- Someone trying to get into our room at 11:25PM Front desk calling the room at 11:30 - proceeding to ask why we are in this room!!! Had booked an accessible room according to picture - bathroom shower wasn?t even close to picture!!
- Very rude and unhelpful person working the front desk.
- Absolutely horrible customer service. Very disappointed in my experience at this hotel. Would not recommend. Dirty rooms and mold.
