The hotel was in an area with a good selection of restaurants and stores

The room was in relative disrepair, with holes in the walls, a loose toilet, and a tub that drained very slowly. There were only two small pillows for a king size bed, and the blankets were very thin and uncomfortable

Large room, whirlpool tub, mostly quiet, comfy bed

The room was clean but very outdated. The water didn't get hotter than a warm bath so the hot tub wasn't really that. There were no trash cans, only 1 roll of tp, two TINY pillows (for a King bed) and two bath towels (2 people, 2 nights). The sheets were very old and stained, we ended up buying our own sheets and pillows.

Bugs and dirty room smells real bad had no soaps and bathrooms were dirty

Room was nasty and dirty furniture was broken. Hair was everywhere along with used condoms. The phone was broken and ripped from the wall. They were not able to accommodate a king room which I paid for. They a had double bed room with only one dirty pillow on each bed. Horrible all around. Would not recommend.

The rooms were well kept and the beds were comfortable. I was very pleased with the quality!

The staff was a bit rude and even went as far as telling me that I had to eat breakfast in the banquet room, and I wasn’t allowed to take it into my room.

I liked that they had a room available when everywhere else in the Columbus area was booked. Staff was friendly, and helpful. We got our room quickly.

The area was sketchy to say the least. I like that Popeyes Chicken was right next store.

Every staff member we meet was friendly. The furniture showed obvious wear and tear like you would expect in a budget hotel, but everything was clean and layed out neatly. A clean room with a good bed and great water pressure. What more do you really need?

The one issue we had with the room was immediately checked by maintenance and the manager. Then it was quickly resolved so it was not really a problem at all. If anything, I would say that the beds were a bit too firm for me but that is just a personal preference.

The room was poorly cleaned and not very well maintained. It was old, and dirty, cold and moldy. But, as long as you cover the floor (we ended up asking for a bunch of extra sheets) the Jacuzzi is enjoyable.

Obviously it got very cold in the winter, but even in the summer the place is entirely too cold. There is tile all around the huge 5 1/2 foot tall Jacuzzi walls, so its dangerous to get in and out of. Cover the floor, and try to remain comfortable in the cold. The place is entirely too cold year round, which causes mold issues.
