Pros +
- It was suite at a affordable price.
- Central location with many food and retail options near by
- Didn't partake of breakfast. Room was comfy and quiet.
Cons -
- Cleanr bathroom and door sill attached to the floor.
- Room was dirty/dingy on check in. Power outlets didn’t work in half the room. AC unit not cooling and room retained moisture from the attempted output. Room keys randomly stopped working on day two of our five night stay that was prebooked as such. Listed guest was not able to get a replacement key for above issue without me driving across town to show ID- but somehow my mother was able to get one without ever having been seen with me on the property and as an unlisted guest. Pool was not heated and door to get in to pool room doesn’t open all the way and makes a HORRID noise. One elevator wasn’t working for a day of our stay and we were never able to get the WIFI connected the entire stay. One staff member was kind and offered to call management for us. We were two young women who travelled over 14 hours driving from FL to visit family and didn’t want to have to switch reservations or complain.
