- Staff was amazing. Professional and very personable. Hotel and Room Very Clean and the location was within walking distance or a short Uber/Lyft ride to most of Cleveland's entertainment and eating/drinking establishments.

Cons -
- The Weather.............Ha Ha Nothing they could do about that.
- No free breakfast
- Our room had bed bugs and the hotel did nothing about it but sorry. My family had bites all over body and we even took photos. Staff did not care and offered us free breakfast. I checked out early with my family and left.
