Strategically located only a 10 minutes’ drive from The Toledo Zoo, The Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel features on site dining and a large fitness center. Complementary WiFi is also available. - Friendly staff and good location.
- The hotel view
- We loved one of the desk coordinators, bartenders upstairs bar, and one waitress at the restaurant
Cons -
- The fitness center is pretty minimal. Our "Presidential Suite" was dated and the sofa bed was very poor quality. View was great, though.
- Breakfast restaurant was understaffed and had to walk down the street to Foccocia?s, which was delicious.
- We weren't able to make it to our hotel that night and they weren't very understanding in trying to help us recover at least some of the money we were out.
