- The staff here are always so friendly, always accomodating... The breakfast is good too... Rooms have always been clean.

- Get a better elevator maintenance company. Lol.. And a little more water pressure, esp showers... Still no (whole) chocolate milk on breakfast. Hha. Let the stsff use the tap on card payments... our chips are junk. No real complaints..
- Elevator was broken n on 4 the floor
- the elevator was broken and the staff expected you to walk 3 flights of steps with your luggage. One staff member was rude to us and the other staff member who was willing to help us.
