- Spacious room, great food and very friendly staff
- The shuttle to and from the Cleveland clinic
- Staff were so friendly, nice and helpful. The upgrades are great.

- Staff was rude, my AirPods were stolen out of my room, my daughters stuffed animal was taken. Called lost and found, left a message and no one called back.
- The pool was not usable. I couldn't put my foot in being so cold.
