Staff were very friendly which was refreshing. Everything was clean/nice. Some guests on our floor didn't know how to act in public and was being loud and causing a ruckus but the staff dealt with it promptly and stated that they do not to tolerate such.

This is this hotel is so gross. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay in it. We did not stay in the room we left. I think I should get my money back. You need to not have this hotel on your list. It’s disgusting.
