I'm sorry, except for the perfect location, this hotel does not meet the four-star standard in terms of service and room facilities. It is the worst four-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
It was in a Great location, comfortable, spacious, clean and nice. I loved how the hotel personnel were giving out nice hot cookies to their guests, it was really delicious and enjoyable.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff was amazing! Buena Vista Suites was so convenient to the Disney Parks. Our party was able to catch the shuttle to/from the parks.

The best thing is that breakfast was free; however, they only had "Dollar Store" quality bowls to eat out of. No plates. The bananas were brown. On Friday the restaurant attendant went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Nothing at all , the staff at the desk was sub par, the manager was very rude and the rooms were infested with roaches and the “accommodations” were not even properly provided - remotes with no tvs , showers worse than the jailhouse. Bring flip flops.

It never listed that there was construction going on. We stayed here instead of the Disney resort because it stated it was under construction. We work hard and have to get up early instead we woke up at 8;30 to noise from construction
